It did not fit anywhere near the calculator estimate.
I spooled a Saragosa 14000 with PE5, calculator said 388m, I believe I actually got closer to 285-300
Based on the photo provided, the center sticker on the line spool has not been punctured, indicating the braid was not spooled using a professional line-winding machine. Method such as soaking the spool in water or running it through a pot lid creates insufficient tension, resulting in a loose line pack and significantly reduced spool capacity. When spooled loosely, braid can also dig into itself under tension, leading to line breakage under drag.
Using professional spooling machinery with at least 6 lbs of drag tension, a 14,000-size reel can comfortably hold 450 to 480 meters of PE 5 braid (and up to 400 meters of PE 6).
Because the capacity issue was caused by improper spooling rather than a product defect, we kindly ask that you update your review to reflect this. For future purchases, we strongly recommend having your reel spooled at a professional shop to ensure optimal line capacity and performance.

amazing braid is very thin for its rated test and hasn’t broken of on a fish for me yet
I have it braid on a Penn 6000 spinning reel. This braid cast like a dream. No wind knots. Flies right off the reel. I bought more braid for Shimano Saragosa 10000. I get baits farther than other braided line.
