FREE SHIPPING TERMS

At OceanDevil.com we try to get every costumer the best deal possible and for that reason once an order reaches $99 we will  offer free shipping to most countries in the world, how ever some regions are simply to far and we might need to request additional shipping charges. OceanDevil Will Pay up to $90 (USD) of shipping cost to any destination worldwide but if the items exceed by weight or by distance our coverage of $90 (USD) rate you will be requested to pay only the difference of the shipping cost.

Handcrafted lures and other terminal tackle that are not manufactured by oceandevil are shipped from our Dubai Facility and will carry a 42$ shipping charge for international orders outside the UAE, regardless of the destination.

As part of this, we understand that online shopping is a totally different experience to in-store purchasing and there may be times and situations where you may need to return a product from our online fishing and outdoors store.

Ocean Devil wants to try and make the return process easy and simple for you which is why we have written this easy returns policy to give you a clear understanding of your options.

This policy is of course in addition to all other rights and remedies that are provided as part of USA and UAE consumer law.

This policy is our online policy and may differ to policies we have for goods purchased in person at our physical stores or pickup location.

Customs and Duties charges: OceanDevil is not responsible for any associated charges regarding package clearance charges / storage / or  held charges by the currier. All costumers should know the tax law of there region in advance to any purchase, oceandevil will not pay for the customs clearance or VAT of the package in the receiving country. In the event of refusal of an item due to clearance costs Oceandevil will not be liable for a refund or the shipping charges associated with he rejection of said item.
