Faulty And Damaged Goods On Delivery

In the event of a "change of mind return", you will need to organize your own shipping back to our store. For small items under 105cm, you can do this through your local post office. For bulky items such as fishing rods over 105cm, electric motors, surfboards, some tents, Spearguns, etc. You will need to contact a courier company., a company that can generally assist you in international shipping UPS, DHL FedEx ect...

When returning your purchase please include a copy of your receipt not only for proof of purchase but so we can reference your order easily when it is returned.

Please include a short cover letter describing why you are returning the item and the course of action that needs to take place such as letting us know what items you require instead or to request a refund as per our policy.

Faulty Items / Warranties

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the USA and UAE Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

After a certain period of time of receiving your purchase and the product fails you may need to send your product direct to the supplier for warranty inspection. You can contact us for further advice on this should it be necessary. Goods that have failed to properly work will usually need to be inspected by the supplier to determine if user error, misuse or genuine product failure whether it be minor or major.

General Points

No receipt? No problems, just contact us first so we can try and locate your purchase online to confirm you have purchased the goods through us.

Purchase of gift vouchers, are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Also, treat them like cash! Don’t lose them.

DVD’s and books are excluded under our easy returns policy, unless faulty.

Make sure you look after your gear! If your gear is in good order there generally should be no issues when it comes to warranty and dealing with suppliers.

We are located in USA – If you are purchasing product to be delivered overseas we need to be upfront and honest with you – any warranty provided is for USA consumers only and if you are overseas returning items to us it may actually not be so easy but contact us to discuss if you have any questions and we will do our best to assist you.

If your product is faulty outside 3 business days of purchase and has already been used please contact us first as you may be required to send the item to the supplier which will be discussed with you.
